[Meaning] [Actions to take]

Wheel Chair Main OPB( OPB ID = 3 ) CAR LON Communication Error
1. Check the flickering status of LED6[GREEN]-CNL in
DOC-200 PCB. (Normal at 500ms interval)
2. Check the flickering status of LED-LD1in WHEEL CHAIR MAIN
OPB side DCL-240 PCB. (Normal at 300ms interval)
[Explanation]
3. Check the input voltage between No. 4 and 3 pin of
DCL-240 PCB CCN1 connector on the side of WHEEL CHAIR
MAIN OPB. (DC22V)
*Cage_Node_Down & 0x04 4. Verify if connectors for C-NET LON communicator are

TCD 204 connected well.
0x7814 Measure the resistance between Pin 1 and Pin 2 of Y1
connector.(If the resistance value is beyond 10±4 Ohm,
check for disconnection)
5. Check the terminal resistance (DIP SW8) setting in the
OPB side DCL-240 PCB.
(Refer to terminal resistance setting criteria)
※ CNL(C-NET LON) sends the results of communication with CLON board in each OPB to 1960 through
DPRAM, and 1960 checks the CLON board responding status by referring OPB installation SPEC and 6. Verify if OPB ID is 3(DIP 3 ‘ON’).

OPB PDL SUB MAIN CHAIR CHAIR SUB MAIN 7. Verify if data in address 0x001A is FFH on the SPEC READ
SUB MAIN MODE. If the data is 00H, correct the data into FFH on the
SPEC WRITE MODE.
[Symptoms] 8. Replace DOC-U50 ROM in DOC-200.
9. Replace DCL-U2 ROM in WHEEL CHAIR MAIN OPB side
DCL-240 PCB.
•LED-LD1 in DCL-240 on the WHEEL CHAIR MAIN OPB side does not flicker
at 300ms interval.
• All output reset and input are impossible on the CAR WHEEL CHAIR MAIN OPB side.
