1. ABOUT WIS
 
WIS started in 2018 as a collection agency and credit reports supplier. Due to its many
connections at home and abroad (offices in Europe and Asia), it has grown into a very successful
company in providing credit management solutions. Credit management is the general term for
the financial administration of paying customers or the debtor administration.
 
WIS offers the following solutions:
 
         Credit reports: testing new business customers for creditworthiness.
         Risk register: automatic notifications in the event of changes in creditworthiness.
         Debt collection services: collection of outstanding items.
         Data cleaning: updating all basic data of companies in an administration system.

2.1 DEBT COLLECTION SERVICE


WIS OFFERS ALL SOLUTIONS IN THE FIELD OF DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES
 
WIS has a unique concept: Because we would like to register every non-payment, we offer you
the best collection service all over the world.
Approximately 91% of the successfully closed files take place in the amicable process. No file
costs and a team that is on top of it. Our motto is not to send a letter 1 x every 3 weeks but to
actually be on top of it.
We will keep you informed of every step. You can track your status 24/7 in our debt collection
system online portal where you can track progress.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

         WIS receives the documents and sends the reminder (maximum 1 working day).
         WIS assesses the financial status of the company and the possibility that the claim can be
collected.
         Payment agreement in accordance with the client.
         If the debtor does not respond or does not comply with the agreements; active calling,
good conversation and letting status come forward (NO MONEY, DEFENSE, STRETCHING)
         Frequent telephone contact until that status is known
         Draft subpoena.
 
 
2.2 (PRE-) JUDICIAL PHASE
PRE-JUDICIAL
• WIS will discuss with you what the costs may be for the judicial process.
• The court costs are ultimately paid by the debtor in the event of a positive ruling.
• We provide you with our advice regarding the limit, but also regarding the chances of you
winning the case.
 
 
JUDICIAL

2.3 WORKING METHOD OF OTHER DEBT COLLECTION AGENCIES COMPARED TO US

UNLIMITED NUMBER OF DEBTORS). IF THIS DOES NOT YIELD A RESULT, ONE DEBTOR WILL BE
VISITED INDEFINITELY, I.E. UNTIL THE DESIRED RESULT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED (PHASE 2).

4. REVERSING OBJECTS
