TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

You are hereby commanded to arrest ABIGAEL FAJARDO who are to

be found at Brgy. 215 Zone 20 Solis St. Tondo Manila or anywhere in the
Philippines and who has failed to appear on this Court to submit his/her counter
affidavit for the case filed by the complainants. After the arrest immidiately
deliver the accused forthwith to the nearest Police Station.

You are enjoined to execute this warrant of arrest within ten (10) days
from receipt hereof. Within ten (10) days after the expiration of such period,
you are directed to make report thereon to this court and in case of your failure
to execute the same, to state the reason therefore.

This warrant of arrest is issued by this court because the accused in this
case failed to appear on this court and considered a contempt of court. This
court issued a subpoena sent to the address of the accused, therefore accused is
duly notified. So ordered.
