Proceeding Session:

 Ms. S. Jayalakshmi gave an Initiation of the club and club heads.

 Ms. KBV. Saraswathi Devi has interrogated the BCA 2nd year students for the participation in
the Fusion Tech club Heads by query to each and every student with the Names.

 Mr. G. Mahesh Kumar has given a discourse for the students how have not registered for the
Fusion Tech Club and Abhimantram (to build ideas in Pandemic). And gave a motivational
speak on how to be a part of the club, how students be in the club, how should they build ideas
etc.

 Dandamudi Raj Gopal spoke about the Fusion Tech Club and the Club members. He also spoke
about the Club various Departments

 Vishnypriya Tatavarthy talk about the various club activities and how it going to be.
Gave link to 2nd years to enrol in the Heads of Fusion Tech club in the Teams app.
 Jeetank Naidu said about his Profession of the club and explained.
Conclusion:
All together were so excited about the club activites who registered for the Fusion Tech Club.
Heads declared the departments and officially declared the conference closed.
