 Round-trip airfare or going to a third country after your stay in Vietnam
 Visa application fee
 Minimum 3 months account statement and minimum amount of VND 50 million

What are the requirements for a Vietnam Business Visa?

 Your passport, which has at least another six months’ validity.

 If you are applying for an e-visa or the Letter of Approval online, you have to send a scan of
your passport’s personal information and picture page.
 Passport-size picture(s) with the following specifications:
 Size: 4 cm x 6 cm
 Taken recently
 White background
 You must be cantered in the picture, staring ahead with a neutral facial expression
 If you wear headgear for religious purposes or you have a wig, you may keep it in the picture
but must also be wearing on arrival
 You must not be wearing any glasses
 Proof you have paid the Vietnam Visa fee
 If you are applying at an Embassy/Consulate:
 The Vietnam Visa Application Form. Depending on which country you are applying from,
you can either download it or get the Vietnam Visa Application Form at the
Embassy/Consulate.
 Letter of Sponsorship/Entry Clearance
 Any other additional documents that the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate may require, such as a
Letter of Invitation.
 If you are applying for Vietnam Visa On Arrival:
 Pre-obtained Letter of Approval
 Entry and Exit Form. You will receive this on the airplane and you have to complete it before
handing it in at the Immigration Officers at the port of entry
 Cash to pay the Vietnam visa stamping fee

The fees for visa are variable from party to party and government website is not showing the
applicable fees because all the required data needs to be filled before moving to the payment
option.
COVID REGULATION 

Before entering Vietnam

 Test negative for Covid-19 by RT-PCR/RT-LAM method within 72 hours from sample
collection/or sample analysis to the time of entry into Vietnam. Connecting passengers
with extended journey times should be especially careful, as they will not be allowed to
enter the country after 72 hours. This test does not apply to children under 2 years of age.
 Certificate of vaccination/vaccine passport or certificate of recovery from Covid-19
(Foreign certification refer to the regulations on the website of the Consular Department)
 For guests who have not had enough vaccinations or have not had a certificate of
recovery (including children under 12 years old): Must have a confirmation of hotel
reservation according to the list of local quarantine conditions (minimum 7 days) or
Certificate of eligibility for facilities and equipment to ensure medical isolation at home,
certified by the Chairman of the ward/commune People's Committee (specified in
document 5599/BYT-MT dated 14/7) 2021 of the Ministry of Health).
After entering Vietnam
 Passengers do not need to undergo rapid testing before boarding and after disembarking;
 After entry, all passengers need to do RT-PCR test as follows:

Health declaration
 All passengers must make a medical declaration at  tokhaiyte.vn  before departure.
