1. High fook
 Split w/palm (WT) counter Jum-lon to loy pak -
 Split w/punch, Jip sao (break) pak
 Pressing hand (Gum) down the middle counter gwan sao to leak punch
 Gaun da to gum da
 Gaun da men geng sao pie elbow
 Scoop (gwat) to Po pai to front
 Chop (fak) to chang gern

2. Low fook (trapping hand)


 Trap over the bridge (Pressing elbow) (trap #2b) counter – bong tan to paki or low palm
 Loy pakii from (pressing elbow) sut or chun (trap #3). Counter – bong to tan and palmiii –
Gaun sao
 Chun choy, loy pak – counter bong to Wu to elbow lock – to shoulder bump (trap #4) –
Arm drag to rear choke.
 Trap under the bridge (collapsing elbow) (trap #2) counter – pull the hand down(gum)iv –
Kwan sao If he gets it off wu and trap both hands
 Bong bui to lop da or Kup Jarnv (#6 trapping basics) counter – pak chop
 Bong to bui pak (#7 (trapping basics)
 Elbow lock from lop under bridge

3. Tan sao
 Huen Pak sao
 Tan to high reference to pak counter – Jow sao – tan pak – pak low groin slap
(reciprocal drill)
 Huenvi to jut and strike w/ same hand – counter – just hit
 Huen to jut and strike w/other hand – counter – Quan to inside or outside or palm
Stop to neck clinch
 Huen outside/back to inside to strike of neck pull
 Lon sao and hit with left (used as a counter)
 Po pai with left on top (also low fook side)
4. Bong sao
 Tan da (Loy pakvii) counter – bong leaking punch
a. High Lop sao to Loy pak trap
 Cup (kau)sao to palm
 Cup sao to Po pai – counter – Gaun sao to chop/punch
 Man geng sao to snaphead down to guillotine counter – inside pak hit over the bridge/shift viii
 Double inside to quan sao palm
 Bong outside leak punch
