1.1 Comprehensive Specifications

a) Copies of original documents defining the constitution or legal status, place of registration and
principal place of business: (See from Annexure A – G)
b) Not in receivership, bankrupt or being wound up, not have had business activities suspended
and not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of these circumstances. (NO)
c) Have fulfilled our obligation of paying taxes and social security contributions in Zimbabwe.

d) Not have a conflict of interest in relation to this procurement equipment. (No conflict of
interest on this bid).
e) Debarred from participation from public procurement under section 72(6) of the act and
section 74 (1) (c), (d) or (e) of the regulations or declared ineligible under section 99 of the
act, (NO).
f) Have nationality of the eligible country as specified in the in the special condition of the
contract. (YES see annexure E.)
g) Have been registered as with the authority as a supplier and have paid the applicable supplier
registration fee set out in in part 111 of the fifth schedule to the regulations,(Yes see annexure
B)
h) Registration with CIFOZ (Yes see annexure J)
i) Local authority workshop licence (Yes see annexure G)
j) Information regarding any litigation current, or during the last three years in which the bidder
