This makes use of repeats with 1st and 2nd time bars. When you play the melody for the first time you
play the 1st time bars and then repeat. On repeat (ie. the second time) you would play the 2 nd time
bars instead of the first time bars.

There are a number of shorthand ways of writing repeats. Read through Repeat Signs and Repeated
Sections (learnmusictheory.net) and explain in your own words how you would follow each of the
directions below.
