JOHN SMITH, married, of legal age, and a resident of Barangay Tabug, Batac City, Ilocos Norte;

to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me, and in my name, place, and in my stead to do

CASH or in CHECK from the BUYER or any and all third persons, concerns, or entities upon
such terms and conditions acceptable to our said Attorney-In-Fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
perform every act and thing requisite and necessary to be done in the premises as fully to all
intents as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney-in-fact could lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
