Create issues and risks to track unexpected topics

Maintain Issues and Risks


▪ Issue and Risk Management are integrated in Project Management for creation, monitoring, and execution
during all project phases
▪ Issues are existing or already happened problems which should be resolved in the project. Risks are
presumptive problems for the project which has not happen yet but could with a certain probability.
▪ Add issues and risks with mitigation strategies to your project plan to manage and resolve them in a timely
way
▪ All issues and risks are always tracked on the Solution Readiness Dashboard

▪ Risks can be created for Master and Build project per phase
▪ Solution Readiness Dashboard provides consolidated overview
▪ Navigate from project or dashboard to get details or process the
risk

Process your risk based on status flow

Click ‘Edit’ and ‘Action’ to change the risk status


▪ New – Risk is identified and assigned to a responsible
risk owner
▪ Is Evaluated – Risk impact, severity, strategy, dates are
completed
▪ Missing Mitigation Plan – Mitigation plan needs to be
provided for risks with the strategy ‟mitigate”
▪ Is Monitored – All open risks are monitored in a regular
meeting with all risk owners, to make sure that the
appropriate actions are taken
▪ Risk Triggered – The risk manifested and needs to be
mitigated
▪ Mitigation Plan in Execution – The mitigation plan is
executed according to the initial definition
▪ Closed – Either the risk was not triggered or all follow-
up activities were carried out
