In a beautifully appointed private suite, our outstanding medical staff has developed the Baptist Executive
Health physical examination to meet the demanding needs of busy executives and individuals who value
their health and their time. Once your appointment is made, the team at Baptist Executive Health is there
for you—and only you.

The comprehensive physical examination includes:

l Complete medical history
l Extensive array of laboratory tests
l Electrocardiogram
l Chest X-ray
l Audiology screening
l Visual acuity test and glaucoma screening
l Health/lifestyle assessment
l Comprehensive physical examination performed
by a Board-certified physician who will explain the
results of your tests and examination, and make
wellness recommendations to help you maintain
and improve your health.
l Our dedicated staff also is available to assist you in
arranging follow-up services, if needed.

Depending on your age, gender, symptoms, lifestyle and medical history, our staff may recommend

Follow-up consultation and reporting

After your physical examination, tests and private consultation are complete, your attending physician
will send you a comprehensive report outlining areas that may require attention—with recommendations
for ongoing care or treatment, if needed. In addition, you will receive copies of your test results,
health/lifestyle assessment, consultation reports and digital imaging CD. If you wish, we also will send the
information to your personal physician.

l Cardiac lab profile—Specialists analyze levels of amino acids, lipoproteins, cholesterol and
triglycerides to determine heart health.
l Cardiac stress test—Used to test the changes in your heart while you exercise.
l Heart Scan—A high-speed CT scanner produces images of your coronary arteries to measure
calcium buildup, a key sign of atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries.
