Group 3-ABM 12-Diamond-Business Plan & Business Actualization-Journal & Documentation

To open the Second Semester, we were individually tasked to interview three (3)
entrepreneurs and observe their businesses. In this way, we will have an insight about the business
industry and business actualization.

Next to that, we were again individually tasked to create or formulate our own business idea.
In this way, we were able to assess the feasibility of our business idea and know the things we need
to do to actualize our business.

Our last individual output was the product description where we needed to describe our
product based on its characteristics and features, and a picture of our product was also attached in the
file. We also needed to identify other offerings and their corresponding prices.

After which, we are instructed and encouraged to form groups of four (4) that will be our
final group in our business plan and business actualization. Our group consisted of Ms. Brigette
Allysa D. Calabon, Mr. Chryss Jhymm B. Calica, Ms. Rowela Mae Lagsit, and Mr. John Ryan M.
Manalo.

For our final business product, we had a group meeting via Zoom discussing about whose
product was the best for us to pursue as for our business plan and business actualization. We then,
came to an agreement that we will settle and use the business idea of Ms. Brigette Allysa D. Calabon
which is pastry business. In the same meeting, we had chosen our product offerings that include:
crinkle cookies and macaroons. Then, we reported our decision to our 3I’s and Work Immersion
teacher, Mr. Cyrel R. Ocfemia.

On our next group meetings, we discussed about conceptualizing our products, services,
pricing, and marketing strategies. We had agreed to have group meetings via Zoom on Wednesdays
until the completion of our project. We agreed on using the business plan of Grade 11 group headed
by Mr, Chryss Jhymm B. Calica, who was also our leader this year, as our pattern and basis. The
business plan reference was entitled, “The Master Wrapper–Business Plan (Market Entry Strategy
Plan)–Group 2. Felix Amante Senior High School.” We also made sure to have meetings when a
decision needs to be made and for keeping up to date with the progress of our business plan making.
As we go along with our business plan, other business teachers, Mrs, Duma and Mr. Gonzales,
instructed us to add parts to our business plan that will reflect the application of their subject, so we
ensured to include each requirement in our business plan.

After submitting the first copy of our business plan, we were then, allowed to have the
simulation and actualization of our business idea. We used online platforms to market our products,
mainly Facebook business page and Facebook Messenger.

At the start, we had a hard time focusing on our business due to other requirements for other
subjects that had earlier deadlines of submission. We only got to give attention to our business two
(2) weeks before the final deadline. We shared money to buy all the ingredients and materials for
our product. Ms. Brigette Allysa D. Calabon was busy preparing our products, while Mr. Chryss
Jhymm B. Calica was the one in charge of editing and the layout of our final output in business plan,
journal, and documentation.

A week before the final deadline, we met at the plaza to get our individual share of our
products that we will sell in our own places due to the quarantine restrictions in placed. To gain
customers, we started posting our products in our business page and we also encouraged our friends
and relatives to buy and support our products and to give some reviews regarding our product
offerings. Some are able to order via our business page, others thru direct messages, while others
ordered directly from our homes. We know that we did not gain much profit because of the limited
time but we got good amount of our money back. Our important takeaway on this immersion is the
experiences we have gained thru our business actualization.
