JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST 

We, the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the Baguio City
Police Office, presently assigned at the Baguio City Police Station, do hereby depose
and state THAT: 

01. We are among the members of the BCPO Patrol Officer, who conducted
entrapment operations at Kayang St., Villarica Pawnshop located along Baguio city;

02. Said operation stemmed from the complaint of Baldog Anosnimos violation of
RA No 7659 under Art. 248 (Murder) which was referred to our office by the Patrol
officer of BCPO against Andrew Eslaw (26), (single), (Filipino) and residing at Pinsao
Pilot, Baguio City.

03. On the complaint dated March 10, 2022 (RA No 7659 under Art. 248).  

04. Upon receipt of their said complaint, our office planned out an entrapment
operation against the suspect. At about 9:00 in the evening of 10th of March 2022,
Andrew Eslaw located along Kayang St., Villarica Pawnshop Baguio City; 

05. Upon arrival thereat, Public Information Officer Bilit Nanwada waited for the
suspect to arrive while the undersigned seated near the suspect's work. At about 09:05
PM, the suspect is out on his duty and changing clothes, that minutes prompted the
undersigned to effect the arrest immediately;
06. Seized and recovered in the possession and control of the arrested person
were the following, to wit: 

a.) Colt Anaconda double-action revolver

b.) .45 Long Colt 250 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point Brass Cased, 16
Round on a Box.
c.) One (1) Uniform Shirt and;
d.) One (1) Motor jacket.

07. Suspect together with the seized and recovered evidence was brought to the
Baguio City Police Station, Abanao Street – Kayang Extension, 2600, Baguio City,
Philippines for booking and proper disposition. Likewise, the arrested person was
apprised of their rights as provided for under the Constitution of the Philippines. 

08. The report of the BCPO Crime Laboratory Group Physical Identification
Report No. 0308-22 dated March 10, 2022, revealed that suspect Andrew Eslaw was
POSITIVE for the presence of Bright Yellow Ultraviolet Fluorescent powder on both
palm and right dorsal portion of the hands. 

We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Andrew Eslaw for violations of RA No
7659 under Art. 248 (Murder)
