authorized technician evaluation based on daily inspection.

2.10.3 Ensure the ventilation hose is connected by

2.11 COVID-19 Hazards 2.11.1 Comply PK guidelines as per EHSS plan and post

3 Using grinder for 3.1 Breaking of disc may cause

3.1.7 Make sure the area is well covered and ventillated to prevent dust
fron engaging to other area. Grinding on metal or non- FRP surface shall
be clean manually by hand tools.

3.2 Electrical hazard may could


lead personel injury. 3.2.1 All power tools shall be double insulated and should be protected at C3 L5

3.3 Injury due to grinding disc

available. Provide two (30LB) DCP fire extinguishers near
outside the manway for outside purposes.

3.5.5 Provide metal bin to collect used grinding disc, welding


rod and welding slag's.

3.5.6 Ensure metallic scafolding planks shall be used. Welder,


fabricator shall protect neck by covering with FRC hood.

3.6.1 Ensure ventilation for the hotwork as per SHEM 08.10.


Standby man shall stop the activity and evacuate/ inform
Operation WP Issuer (if observe any change in condition like
any gas release).
3.6.2 Wear respiratory protection (3M 8214, N95). (Note:

area.
