Refund and Transfer Terms and Conditions

The British Council will give a credit only under the following circumstances:

CONDITIONS CREDIT AMOUNT

On the condition that British Council:

1. Does not start the course on the course commencement date

1. Withdrawal due 100% credit of course
2. Terminates the course before the course commencement date
to non-delivery of fee of your choice of
course payment plan
British Council will give all customers a minimum of 7 days’ notice if a
course is cancelled.

2. Before course 100% credit of course

Request is made 5 days prior to the course start date with supporting
commencement fee of your choice of
documentation.

Request is made within the 1st week of the term with supporting
documentation for the following reasons:

1. Serious illness – hospital admission or serious injury (medical

documents required)
3. After course 50% credit of course
commencement 2. Unexpected relocation to a different town, city or country (written fee of your choice of
date evidence from the employer will be required) payment plan
3. Change in academic timetable (a letter form the respective institute is
required)
4. Bereavement or serious illness of a family member (a copy of the
death certificate or documentation from the hospital/doctor is required)

Request is made after 1st week of the term.

4. After course
Request is made without supporting documentation or supporting
commencement 0% credit
documents are not submitted within 7 working days from the date of
date
request.

 Where we offer a course to be delivered in one of our teaching centres, we will endeavour to teach this face-to-face in the
centre to the best of our ability. In the event of government policy or advice that requires us to temporarily or partially
close our centres, we will continue to teach the course on which you are enrolled but may do so online. When you register
for a course at one of our teaching centres, you acknowledge these terms and conditions. These do not change or affect the
terms and conditions of payment, credit or refund that apply for the course.
 Registered courses are not refundable but are transferable to the same course type.
 Approved credits will be valid for one Academic year.
 The British Council reserves the right to change the fees, offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
to our existing customers.
 No refund, make-up class or alternative compensation will be given for class cancelations due to circumstances beyond
the control of the British Council. This includes but not limited to outbreak of riot, civil commotion, epidemic, natural
disaster, unanticipated class disruption such as necessary building evacuation due to fire.
 The British Council reserves the right to close classes in cases of low enrolment or other circumstances which make the
opening a class non-viable.
 For all credit and transfer requests, please speak to our Customer Management Team. If reasons for credit fall within the
above categories, credit will be approved. An administration fee of 50,000MMK will be charged for any credit or
transfer request or financial error caused by customers.

၂. သင်တန်းမစတင်ခင်တွင်သင်တန်းအားပိတ်သိမ်းခြင်း။
သို့မဟု တ်ရွှေ့ပြောင်းခွင့်
သင်တန်းတခု ခု အား ပိတ်ပါက အနည်းဆုံ း(၇)ရက်ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းပါမည်။

သင်တန်းမစတင်မီ၅ရက်အတွင်း (ရုံ းပိတ်ရက်များမပါဝင်ပါ) တွင် သင်တန်းကြေး၏ ၁ဝဝ%

2. သင်တန်းမစတင်မီ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းခွင့်
အထောက်အထားအပြည့်အစုံ နှ င့်တကွတင်ပြ၍ ရွေ့ဆို ်င်းခွင့်တောင်းဆို ခြင်း။

1. ဆို းဝါးသောကျန်းမာရေးအခြေအနေ - ဆေးရုံ တက်ရောက်ရခြင်းနှ င့် အပြင်းအထန်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိ

ခြင်း (ဆေးစာနှ င့်ဆေးမှ တ်တမ်းပူ းတွဲတင်ပြရန်)
2. နေရာသစ်သို့ ရု တ်တရက်ပြောင်းရွှေ့ရခြင်း- ကျောင်းသား (သို့) မိဘ၏ အလု ပ်ရှ င်ထံ မှ ရေးသား
ထားသည့်အထောက်အထား လို အပ်ပါသည်။

3. သင်တန်းစတင်ပြီး 3. မိမိတက်ရောက်နေသော သင်တန်း၊ တက္က သို လ်၊ ကျောင်းတို့မှ အချိန်စာရင်း ပြောင်းလဲမှု- ရွှေ့ပြောင်းခွင့်
သက်ဆို င်ရာသင်တန်း၊တက္က သို လ်၊ကျောင်းမှ ရေးသားထားသည့် အထောက်အထားလို အပ်ပါသည်။
4. သာရေးနာရေး အကြောင်းပြချက်ဖြစ်သော နာရေးကိစ္စ၊မိသားစု ဝင်တစ်ဦးဦး၏ ကျန်းမာရေး-
သက်ဆို င်ရာဆေးရုံ ဆေးခန်းမှ ဆရာဝန်၏
ထောက်ခံ ချက်နှ င့်ဆေးလက်မှ တ် (သို့) သေစာရင်း တင်ပြရန်လို အပ်ပါသည်။

သင်တန်းပထမအပတ်ကျော်လွန်သော ကာလတွင်ရွှေ့ဆို င်းခွင့်တောင်းဆို ခြင်း။

4. သင်တန်းစတင်ပြီး သက်ဆို င်ရာစာရွက်စာတမ်း အထောက်အထားများအား ရွှေ့ဆို င်းခွင့်တောင်းဆို ပြီး 0%
ရရက်အတွင်းမတင်ပြနို င်ခြင်း။

 ဗြိတိသျှကောင်စီ၏ သင်ကြားရေးစင်တာများတွင် ဖွင့်ထားသောသင်တန်းများကို အကောင်းဆုံ းသောအရည်အသွေးများပေးနို င်ရန် face-to-face သင်ကြားမည်ဖြစ်

ပါသည်။ သို့သော် အစို းရ၏ မူ ဝါဒများနှ င့် ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအရ စင်တာများ ပိတ်ခဲ့ ရပါက သင်ခန်းများအား အွန်လို င်းမှ တစ်ဆင့် ဆက်လက်သင်ကြားသွားပါမည်။
သင်တန်းအပ်နှံ ပြီဆို ပါက အဆို ပါအချက်ကို အသိအမှ တ်ပြုသည်ဟု မှ တ်ယူ ပါမည်။ သင်တန်းကြေးပေးသွင်းမှု အပါအဝင် သင်တန်းကြေးရွှေ့ဆို င်းခြင်းနှ င့် ပြန်လည်
ထု တ်ပေးခြင်းဆို င်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများသည် ထို ကဲ့ သို့ ပြောင်းလဲဖွင့်လှ စ်ရခြင်းကြောင့် ပြောင်းလဲမှုနှ င့်သက်ရောက်မှု ရှိမည်မဟု တ်ပါ။
 သင်တန်းအပ်နှံ ပြီးပါက သင်တန်းကြေးအားပြန်အမ်းခြင်းရှိမည်မဟု တ်ဘဲ တူ ညီသောသင်တန်းအမျ ိုးအစားအတွက်ကို ရွှေ့ပြောင်းခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
 သင်တန်းအပ်နှံ ပြီးပါက စာသင်နှ စ်တစ်နှ စ်တာ အတွင်းပြီးမြောက်အောင် တက်ရောက်ရပါမည်။
 ဗြိတိသျှကောင်စီသည် သင်တန်းကြေးများ နှ င့် စည်းမျဉ်းများကို ကြိုတင် အသိပေးခြင်းမရှိပဲ ပြောင်းလဲနို င်ပါသည်။
 ဗြိတိသျှကောင်စီအနေဖြင့် ထိန်းချုပ်နို င်ခြင်းမရှိသော အခြေအနေများကြောင့် အတန်းများပိတ်ရပါက သင်တန်းကြေးပြန်အမ်းခြင်းနှ င့် အစားထို း ပေးခြင်းများကို
ပြုလု ပ်ပေးမည်မဟု တ်ပါ။ အဆို ပါအခြေအနေများတွင် တို င်းပြည်မငြိမ်မသက်ဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ အဓိကရု ဏ်းများ ဖြစ််ခြင်း၊ ကပ်ဘေး၊ သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်နှ င့် မီးဘေးကဲ့ သို့
ကိစ္စများပါဝင်ပါသည်။

 ဗြိတိသျှကောင်စီသည်အပ်နှံ မှုနှုန်းနည်းသောအတန်းများနှ င့်အခြားသောအခြေအနေများကြောင့်ဖွင့်လှ စ်ရန်မဖြစ်နို င်သောအတန်းများကို ပြန်လည်ပိတ်ပို င်ခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။

 သင်တန်းကြေးရွှေ့ဆို င်းရန်တောင်းဆို လို ပါက Customer Management team တွင်အထောက်အထားနှ င့်တင်ပြနို င်ပါသည်။ အထက်တွင်ဖော်ပြ ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်း
စည်းကမ်းအခြေအနေများနှ င့်ကို က်ညီပါက ရွှေ့ဆို င်းခွင့်ကို ခွင့်ပြုပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သင်တန်းကြေးရွှေ့ပြောင်းခြင်းများနှ င့် ငွေပေးချေမှုအမှ ားအယွင်းများအတွက်
