 In the File Name box, type a file name for the new database.

 To browse to a different location to save the database, click the folder

icon.
 Click Create.
 The new database opens, and a new table named Table 1 is created and
opens in Data sheet view.
 You store each piece of data that you want to track in a field. So create
fields as said in the above question.

Click Create.

PRACTICAL 1

AIM:-Create a Flash movie to create mask.

STEP 1. Open macromedia flash.

STEP 2. Select or create a layer containing the content that will be visible through the
roles the mask.
STEP 3.With the layer select choose insert -> layer to create a new layer above it.
STEP 4. A mask layer always makes the layer immediately below it.
STEP 5. Draw a filled shape, place type or create an instance of a symbol on mask
layer. Flash ignores bitmap, gradients, transparency, colors and line styles in a mask
layer and any non filled area will be opaque.
STEP 6. Right click (windows) or control click (Macintosh) the mask layers name in
the time line and choose mask from the context menu.
STEP 7. The layer is converted in the mask layer indicated by a down arrow icon.

STEP 8. The layer immediately by below it is linked to the mask layer and its context
show through the filled area on the mask.

STEP 9. The masked layer name is intended and its icon changed to a right pointed
arrow.
STEP 10. To display the mask effect in flash locks the mask layer and masked layer.
STEP 11. Drag on layer directly below the mask layer.
STEP 12. By pressing ctrl + enter to display the animation on your working screen.

AIM:-Create a Flash movie to create Fade In/Fade Out in four pictures.

STEP 1. Open macromedia flash.

STEP 2. Import the image by pressing ctrl + R.

STEP 3. Import a picture, left click on timeline static point select and right click.

STEP 4. Display the popup menu and left click on “create motion between”.

STEP 5. Lift click on any point key frame.

STEP 6. Press F6 key to insert motion tweening and drag the shape position.

STEP 7. From window menu select panels and effect.

STEP 8. Select the effect tab and select brightness and select 80% from the combo box.

STEP 9. By pressing ctrl + enter to display the animation on your working screen.

STEP 1. Open Macromedia flash.

STEP 2. Draw the shape of wheel by using the oval tool.
STEP 3. Left click on timeline static point, select and right click.
STEP 4. Display the popup menu and left click on “create motion tweening”.
STEP 5 .Left click on any point key frame.
STEP 6. Press F6 key to insert motion twining and drag the shape position and scale it
and rotate it.
STEP 7. Press enter key to display the animation on your working screen.

STEP 6. Press F6 key to insert motion twining and drag the shape position and scale it
and rotate it.

AIM:-Create hand writing in Flash.

STEP 1. Click on Start Button All Programs MacromediaMacromedia 8

STEP 2. Select frame1 and draw text in the stage by the help of bush tool
STEP 3. After draw any text select frame2 and press F6 or insert keyframe by right

click on it then select Eraser tool(E) and erase word at rear.

STEP 4. Follow the above STEP whenever your all words will be not erase.
STEP 5. Select all frames and select reverse frame by right click on it, now your frames
has become in reverse order.
STEP 6. To see your animation press ctrl+enter.
STEP 7. Save the Flash Document

AIM:-Create a Flash movie of a moving car with rotating wheels.

STEP 1. Open Macromedia flash.

STEP 2. Draw or import the image of a car.

STEP 3. For rotating wheels insert another layer by clicking on insert layer icon.

STEP 4. Left click on timeline static point, select and right click.

STEP 5. Display the popup menu and left click on “create motion tween”.

STEP 6. Left click on any static point key frame.

STEP 7. Press F6 key to insert motion twining and drag the shape position and scale it
and rotate it.
STEP 8. Drag the shape of the car and moving wheels.
STEP 9. Press ctrl + enter to display the animation on your working screen.

AIM:- Transform a circle into a square using shape tween.

STEP 1. Open macromedia flash.

STEP 2. Draw the shape of circle by using the oval tool.
STEP 3. Left click on timeline static point, select and right click.
STEP 4. Display the popup menu left click on “create motion tween”.
STEP 5. Left click on any static point key frame.
STEP 6. Press F6 key to insert click motion tweening and drag the shape position.
STEP 7. Last key frame right click on this and select blank key frame from the popup
menu.
STEP 8 . After selecting once you have to select the insert blank key frame from the
popup menu by right click at the key frame.
STEP 9. Select the rectangle tool and create a rectangle.
STEP 10. Drag the key frame position from one point to another.

STEP 11. By pressing ctrl + f from window box will appear.
STEP 12. Select frame tab and select shape from twining tab.
STEP 13. Repeat the step 12 for the last key frame the rectangle and drag the rectangle
from one position to another.
STEP 14. Select the key frame of rectangle and break the shape by pressing ctrl + b.
STEP 15. Repeat the step 14 for the last key frame of rectangle.
STEP 16. Pressing ctrl + enter to display the animation on your working screen.

AIM:-Create a Flash movie to import text from MS-Word and apply different
transformations.

STEP1. Open macromedia flash.

STEP2. Firstly create the text in ms- word.
STEP3. Import the text from the ms-word to macromedia.
STEP4 .By ctrl + c and ctrl + v.
STEP5. Left click on any point key frame.
STEP6. Press F6 key to insert motion tweening and drag the text position and apply
transformation like rotation and scale.
STEP7. Pressing ctrl + enter to display the animation on your working screen.

AIM:-Create a Flash movie to demonstrate onion skin markers.

STEP 1. Click on Start Button All Programs MacromediaMacromedia 8

STEP 2. To import image go to the FileImportImport to Stage then select picture
file and click on open button.
STEP 3. After opening an Image Resize it. Select Layer and click on Free
Transformation tool from the tool box.
STEP 4. Click on frame20 and press F6 to insert keyframe then right click between
frame1 to 20 and select create motion tween.
STEP 5. After creating motion tween Click the Onion Skin button . All frames
between the Start Onion Skin and End Onion Skin markers.
STEP 6. Save the Flash Document.

AIM:-create a flash movie to demonstrate motion guide.

STEP 1. Draw a circle at frame1 and at the frame 25 insert a keyframe.

STEP 2. Right click between frame1 and 25 and select create motion tween.
STEP 3. Click over a frame between 1 and 25 to display the properties.
STEP 4. Click over check bx beside the snap option.
STEP 5. Click on add motion guide icon i.e. below layer name to add a guide layer.
STEP 6. In guide layer draw the path with pencil tool.
STEP 7. Now place the object over two extreme ends of the path.
STEP 8. Click any frame between 1 and 25 of layer1 and place object at end of the path.
STEP 9. Save and test the movie.
