CONTINUE TILL 9th OF THAT MONTH TILL 11:59PM.

Opening QAC Portal:

1. Open the website http://qac.delhipolice.gov.in

2. Click on “Bidding” Link on the top menu. *
3. Enter your “PIS No” and click on GET OTP button.

Note:

* Bidding facility is available only for those applicants who have got themselves successfully
registered on the QAC Website i.e. whose profile has been “Approved” by their HACR.

** Applicants who are going to retire within a year from the date on which they have applied for
“Registration” on QAC Website, will not be able to participate in the bidding process.
Logging into The QAC Website:

4. After Successful validation of your PIS No and OTP, you will be redirected to the
bidding page. Alternatively, you can click on “Bidding” link from the above menu.
Navigating to Bidding:

5. You are allowed to add up-to 10 quarters of your choice.

6. To filter available quarters, you can choose your quarters from :
a. Type of quarters for which you are entitled.
b. Floor.
c. District (Optional).
d. Colony (Optional).
7. After applying the filter criteria, click on “Show available quarters”.
8. Total available quarters will be displayed based on your filter / search
criteria.
Adding Quarters into Your Choice:

9. To add a quarter of your choice, click on the “ADD TO MY CHOICE” button.

10. Step 9 can be repeated for adding all your choices.
Removing Quarters from Your Choice:

11. You can change your choice by clicking on “Remove from My Choice” button.
Setting My Preference:

12. To set your preference in respect if quarters chosen by you please click on “Set My
Preference” button which is available at the bottom of the page.
Updating My Preference:

13. For setting the order of preference, you can click on UP/DOWN arrow which is
available next to every choice given by you.
14. You can change your choice / order of preference at any time on or before 9th
of corresponding month till 11:59PM.
