A Narrative Report about the TLE Department Mid-Year In-

Service Training for Teachers 2022:
Reorientation/Revisiting RPMS-IPCRF
and IPCRF Review per Teacher

Last February 3, 2022, the TLE Department held an In-Service Training with
the theme: Continuous Demonstration of Resiliency of Teacher in the New Normal.
The session commences with a prayer led by Mrs. Elizabeth C. Manabo. The
attendance was then gathered via messenger poll by Ms. Jesica B. Aguilar.

Mrs. Sylvia A. Saparo started the program with very warm opening remarks.
The speaker discussed the things that we need to accomplish in the e-IPCRF. Mrs.
Saparo began the talk on the first page of the e-IPCRF, the Rating Encoding Form.
On the first part of the e-IPCRF, the Key Responsibility and Accountability Rating Form
which contains the KRA1 (Content Knowledge and Pedagogy), KRA2 (Diversity of
Learners and Assessment and Reporting, KRA3 (Curriculum and Planning) and KRA
4 (Community Linkages and Professional Engagement). The second part is about the
Core Behavioral Competencies which includes Self-Management, Professionalism
and Ethics, Result Focus, Teamwork, Service Orientation, and Innovation. The third
part is the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form Summary Sheet.
The fourth part is the Development Plans for Functional Competencies and Core
Behavioral Competencies. It also include the Feedback area.

She also stated that proper documentation is necessary. After that, she also
raised the upcoming festival of talent for the other matters. Everyone gave their
suggestions for the program. The program ended formally by reiterating the things that
were talked about.
