Instructions for students to use GSuite Account

1. Login to Gmail with the id and password given to you. Id of each student is first
name of the child followed by
regno@dps45gurgaon.org and password is IX(2022-23)

2. It will verify your account with a phone no. You may
enter any phone no. easily available to you (your
parent’s phone no).
3. Then you will be asked to reset your password. Pls
ensure that you remember this new password.
4. The gmail account will open with GSuite apps
available for you in the apps icon on the right side of
the window.
5. Class teacher will send you a mail for joining the
class on this new gmail id. Click on Join button to
become the member of this class and select the role as Student.
6. The ‘Classroom’ app will show you your class.

7. All teachers will upload content in the Classroom app under each subject heading.
8. You can go to Classwork Tab of your classroom to download the content uploaded
for various subjects.
9. Each subject teacher will send you a meeting code to join the class on classroom
stream.
10. You can join the meeting by typing the meeting code at the specified time of the
class in meet app. The meeting link / meeting code will be available to you but you
cannot join the meeting until the host starts it.
