Smoothies

Ingredients:

Warm Water 100 ml (1/8 cup)


Sugar 1 spoonful
Syrup/ Powder
60 ml/ 45 grams (2 pumps/ 3 scoops)

Tapioca/ Jelly 30 grams


Ice 1 ½ cup

Ratio for 500 ml cup serving.

1. Put syrup/ powder directly in


the blender (Please add extra sugar
for powder based drinks)
2. Add ice cubes, water and
fructose.
3. Blend (heavy duty ice
blender) for 10-20 seconds.
4. Add Tapioca or Jelly into a
cup, and pour your drink
5. Seal (or put cup lid)

Snow Blended
Ingredients:

Warm Water 100 ml (1/8 cup)

Water/Tea Ratio 1 liter/ 20 g. 1 liter/ 20 g.
Temperature 100 oC 75 – 85 oC
Brewing Time 8 – 10 min. 4 – 5 min.

Tapioca

Water/Tapioca Ratio 5 liter/ 500 g. 5 liter/ 500 g.
Boiling Time 30 minutes 8 minutes
Sitting Time (no fire, 30 minutes 0 minutes

Tips - Mix with some honey to

- Cook in small batches, only
enough for about 4 to 6 hours
- Stir every hour to prevent

1. Let the water boil first before putting the pearl


2. Wait till the pearls float first before timing as defined above
3. Mix SLOWLY until cooked.
4. When cooked. Drain the water using a strainer while washing
with warm water till

6. Mix pearl with brown sugar and some water ensuring that pearl
is slightly covered.
* Brown sugar can be alternate with sugar syrup or fructose.

Ingredients:

Tea 1000 ml
Non-Dairy Creamer 100 grams (6 scoops)

This is used as prepared mix for making Coconut Milk Tea,


Mango Milk Tea, Papaya Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, etc.
