Logistic Support:

 A host anesthesiologist at each induction and extubation


 Lab support as needed
 Access to PICU for emergency transfer
 If we do not bring narcotics (fentanyl, morphine, midazolam, remifentanyl, we will need
an accurate list of medications available for our purchase on site
 Please provide list of machine models and associated intraoperative monitors.

Preoperative evaluation:

 Pulse oximeters, NIBP, scale


 Lab testing to include CBC, EKG, electrolytes, accurate scale, interpreter services.

Anesthesia Minimum intraoperative equipment:

 Functional modern anesthesia machine calibrated vaporizer for the delivery of


Sevoflurane.
 BRING Intraoperative telemetry, pulse oximeter, NIBP, gas analyzer (CO2, oxygen,
anesthetic agent), neuromuscular monitor (peripheral nerve simulator),
 Volumetric pumps x 3, adequate supply of medical grade oxygen,
 BRING Pedi desfibrilator with pads.
 BRING Dantrolene and other MH treatment equipment available.
