1) The managers only wants to get better output or the main objective
of the managers is to maximize the profit at minimum cost. But
company should think about the employees of an organization because they are the ultimate factor for the success of the company. Manpower is an important element of any organization. Without manpower company can’t exist. And If the employees are doing their work in a well or good manner then praising of employees must be done by the companies so that it can increase the morale of the employees and by this way company can achieve all the desired goal easily. Sometimes managers think that praising of employees is not being done because they are the part of lower level of the company.
2) There must be fair and justified recognition among all the
employees so that they can’t feel that they are being cheated by the company. If there will be balanced of recognition among all the employees then it will increase the morale of the employees and they will do optimum usage of the resources and ultimately company will get the benefit of profit maximization.
