managing director and four other directors.

(6.)The 2nd and 1st floor are for line managers and workers.

(7.) The company is being operated from 10 years and works all
seven days in a week.
There’s no holiday in the company.

pandemic.

MANAGING DIRECTOR & THE DIRECTORS:
1. ) THE MD IS NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE WORKERS H&S
NOR THE DIRECTORS.
2. ) THE DIRECTORS ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THE
HIRING AND REMOVAL OF THE STAFF AS THEY HAVE
ASSIGNED PEOPLE FOR THAT.
3. ) THE DIRECTORS ASSIGN PEPOLE IF THEY FEEL
THERE’S A NEED BUT DOESN’T HAVE TIME FOR THE
EMPLOYER’S COMPLAINS.
4. ) THE DIRECTORS HAVE VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE
ABOUT THE HEALTH & SAFETY.
5. ) THE DIRECTORS BELIEVE AND LISTEN TO PEOPLE
WHOM THEY INTERACT WITH AND DO SORT OUT THE
NEEDS.
6. ) THE DIRECTORS GO FOR A SETTLEMENT RATHER THAN
A SOLUTION FOR THE ISSUE AS IT SHOWS THEIR
CARELESSNESS TOWARDS THEIR WORKERS.

SALESPEOPLE:
1. ) SALESPEOPLE THOUGHT THAT H&S WAS NOT
IMPORTANT FOR THEIR WORK.
2. ) THEY WERE NOT GIVEN ANY H&S TRAINING
3. ) THEIR COMPLAINS WERE NEVER TAKEN CARE OF.
4. ) THEY ONLY THING THEY WERE TAUGHT WERE USING
COMPUTERS AND TELEPHONES AND TAKING PAYMENTS.
5. ) THEY ALWAYS RECEIVE UPDATES FROM TEAMLEADERS
ONLY BUT NOT FROM THE DIRECTORS.

LINE MANAGER:
1. ) The salespersons are given difficult tasks each week by LINE
MANAGER.
2. ) The line managers targets are based on salespersons tasks
and if sales person doesn’t complete their tasks the manager
shames them.
3. ) The line manager observes and knows his worker very well but
never appreciates them.
4. ) The line manager doesn’t bother about the decreasing
performances of their company’s most performing workers.
5. ) No questions are asked by the line manager when a worker
resigns.
FACILITIES MANAGER :
1. ) My role is a FACILITIES MANAGER ROLE working from 18
months in the company.
2. ) The directors has assigned me with health and safety
responsibility also.
3. ) I don’t have a proper H&S qualification but I have experience
4. ) I suggested a business case to the directors for health and
safety qualification which the directors approved.
5. ) I make a review of H&S management for the company by
making an audit.

HIRING MANAGER(HR)
1. ) THE HIRING MANAGER DID NOT BOTHER ABOUT THE
AGE OF PEOPLE WHILE HIRING.
2. ) THE HR HAS NOT ASSIGNED AND PROVIDED THE
MINIMUM NEEDS FOR THE WORKERS TO DO THEIR JOB.
3. ) THE HR IS SUPPORTIVE AS HE UNDERSTANDS
SITUATION AND ALLOWS TO REVIEW FILE.
