• Performing all credit activities related to Pre-Sanction, Post-Sanction and Review

process for issuance of Commercial Cards for applications received from PAN India
locations.
• Analysing financial statements, their key ratios to check the financial stability over
the last 3 years and projected figures along with the Qualitative Credit Analysis
(QCA- An analysis of business operations- No. of years in business, management
structure, NPAs if any, etc.).
• Prepare the credit approval memoranda and ancillary forms for routine credit
facilities.
• Assessing the company on the Risk Assessment Module (RAM) for generating
internal credit rating of the Company, Evaluating the Commercial CIBIL, CRILC
 report and External rating reports prepared by rating agencies to analyse performance
and accordingly highlight if any inefficiencies found.
• Performing due diligence and gathering information as necessary to make sound
lending decisions.
• Analyse all aspects of an applicant's business to determine credit worthiness and
repayment ability to minimize default risk and maximize the bank's profitability.
• To keep a check on Policy parameters and ensure that only cases fulfilling those are
recommended for credit line towards commercial cards.
• Liaise with different department’s viz. Corporate Banking, Legal, Sales etc. for any
clarification and gaining relevant information on the corporate profile, industry
overview and conduct.
• Scrutinizing all post sanctioned documents like Corporate agreement, Board
Resolution, etc. for the issuance of commercial cards.
• Conducting periodic reviews and decisioning renewals, increase and decrease in
exposure if any, all in accordance with business unit standards.
• Ensuring a proper check on the RBI’s wilful defaulter list, notification received from
government authorities over pending dues of our existing clients, any fraud reported,
etc. to take a call on closure of relationship.
• Preparing necessary MIS reports and sending across the same to all the concerned
relationship managers and seniors.
• Assisting auditors in smooth conduct of the audit.
