Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida is known for its consistent guidance to its budding managers.
On 17th September 2021, the institute organised the Individual Development Program (IDP -2)for the
students of the PGDM second year batch of 2020-2022.
The individual development program is organised to identify and track the development of students
and their professionalism for the corporate world. The program was organised for self-development
and was focused on the coming placement season. The interaction happened one to one between the
industry experts and the students. The panel consisted of industry experts and a faculty who was the
domain expert. The interaction focused on the SIP and their learnings over the course of time. Also,
questions related to their dream company and future expectations were asked. The program was
organised in continuation to IDP -1 that was organised last year in the month of December. The
corporate panellist was from diverse sectors representing reputed organizations like Flipkart, Kotwal,
Mahindra and Mahindra, Samsung electronics, BCG, Oyo, Barclays, and many more companies. The
student received individualized input for framing their career for aspirations supporting their long
term goals. The program was a great success and served its purpose. It was lead by CMC student
coordinators, Mr Krunal Kumar Pandya and Mr Aavish Gupta under the guidance of Dr Deepak
Singh, Ms Kanchan Rana, Mr Narayan Samant, Mr RD Singh, Ms Aditi Rajput, and Mr Devendra
Rana.
