TRANSFORMATION TALK AT OLYMPIA COLLEGE

Olympia College, Ipoh and Penang campuses recently invited Dr Lal Sujanani – a renowned speaker,
trainer and motivator to speak and to share his experience with its students. His 24 years experience
specializing in psychological approaches to leadership, human potential development and corporate
culture transformation has positioned him as a renowned transformational coach, keynote speaker and
trainer in the Asian Region.

Speaking to a packed auditorium filled with 120 people, with some even opting to stand, Dr Lal engaged
his audience in 2 ½ hours of activities, questions-and-answers session and laughter filled stories relating
to Personal Transformation.

Asking his audience if they are stopping themselves unconsciously from achieving their dreams and their
goals, Dr Lal showed them, step-by-step how to break down the barriers that each of them have erected,
as the first step to achieving their dreams.

Dr Lal also talked about how to use knowledge, skills and information and an individual’s ability to
influence others around him as the key to achieving one’s goals.

Olympia College, Ipoh and Penang campuses respectively invited Dr Lal to take time off from his very
tight professional schedule to speak to students and others from the community.

According to Cindy Chong Evans, Principal of Olympia College Ipoh, “We wanted to equip our students
with the tools and skills that they can utilise for the rest of their lives. We are happy that Dr Lal has
shared his experience and made a positive influence to them through this talk”

He ended the talk with a competition, whereby the audience is required to send via snail mail to him. The
prize is RM 300, compliments of Dr Lal.

At the end of the talk, students were seen walking up to him, shaking his hands and thanking him for his
eye-opening talks.

Olympia College’s cutting edge and industry oriented Diploma in Business Studies programme will equip

Higher National Diploma (HND) from Edexcel, UK.

This guarantees entry into 2nd year of an undergraduate degree locally or to over 200 universities in UK,
USA and Australia. Students who want an European exposure can also completed their degree through
the University of Information Technology and Management (UITM), Poland at very affordable fees.

Olympia’s Diploma in Hotel Management programme is a highly sought programme for those interested
in a successful hotel career. The hotel programme was developed with the assistance of partner
institutions and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) to meet the demands of the hotel industry.
Olympia College is a member of the prestigious Malaysian Association of Hotel (MAH). The graduates
from the Diploma in Hotel Management will :

1) receive an additional Diploma from the Business and Hotel Management School (BHMS)
(Switzerland)*
