extended minimum one meter from work platform.

 Ensure scaffolding is sufficiently tied with
structure/Beams to avoid collapse of scaffolding.

 Display safety placards in appropriate English and
local language & warning lights
 The concerned radiographer shall be available at
the site very near to the cordoned area throughout
the exposure.
 Provide suitable supporting and fastening devices
for hoisting and positioning radiography camera.
 The operation shall plan in advance and executed in
minimum possible time.
 After termination of each exposure, the area shall
be verified by means of radiation survey meter.
 Camera and source shall properly secure during
transportation.
 In case of any damage to the camera inform to
BARC.
 Maintenance and servicing of radiography
equipment shall not be attempted without
consulting Radiography Safety Officer.
 The operator shall aware about the dose records
and Periodical check-up of the employee shall
carried out
 Conduct tool box meeting prior to start of activity.
 Providing shielding for the workmen or workmen
need to stand behind building, steel, keep away
from the source of radiation.
 Follow the maximum permissible dose limit of
radiation.
 Verbally communicating surrounding area
