PI'BLIC NOTICE

Subject; Progress on Implementation of New Gazette Notification for label and leaflet and
issues thereof.

Registration Committee in its 428thmeeting held on 18.05.2021 vide agenda item no. 10.13 has
directed the secretariat to upload the 749 approved 9(3) category Label and leaflets and also to
update the CROP portal database with new approved label and leaflet for the compliance of 9(4)
category applicants.

Accordingly, T49 approved label and leaflet category wise [9(3) F, 9(3) FI, 9(3) TIM, 9(3) TI
and 9(j) B/Fl and insecticide wise is being uploaded for the information and compliance by all
the applicants.

All the registrants of the respective insecticides are also requested to verifu the correctness of the
entries and the discrepancy observed, if any, may be brought to the notice of the Secretariat of
Central Insecticides Board& Registration Committee along with the corrected label and leaflet
copy for rectifying the same through email at cibsecy@nic.in and to the concerned expert
defiqtencypack-cibrc@n and sections email id socir2.ppqs-agri@sov.in to take appropriate
decision by the RC.
