Dear Asmita Malviya,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to welcome you to
WorkIndia for the position of “Human Resources Intern (Remote)”.

Your 3 months internship date of joining is 24 May 2021.

You will be paid Rs. 250 on every onboarding. Additionally, you may be paid Rs. 5000 if 15 onboardings are
completed within first month of the internship
Wherein, the definition of onboarding is as follows: If the client onboarding fee is zero, an onboarding is
valid after the first ride by the rider. If the client onboarding fee is not zero, onboarding is valid when the
rider’s ID/Phone number reflects in client sheet

Stipend shall be disbursed in accordance with the prevailing remuneration plans of the Company.

The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by the Company Core Values & Accepted
Policies. At the end of the internship tenure, a decision will be made whether or not to convert the
internship to a full time opportunity - based on your performance and the company's preferences. Kindly
note that the LOR and Internship certificate will be provided only on successful completion of the
internship. This offer of employment with WorkIndia is subject to the successful verification of information
provided by you.

By accepting this offer you are also confirming that : -

1. You have terminated your employment with your previous employer (if any) in compliance with their
terms and conditions

2. There are no contractual obligations with respect to your earlier contracts that would prevent you from
delivering your responsibilities with the Company or taking up this position with this Company
