Offering modules and teaching sessions related to research interests- like E-Commerce,

Some emerging market research topics-

Mobile Payment- E-Payment systems like Phonepe, Google pay, Paytm, etc

E-Commerce- Purchase/sell products on Flipkart, Amazon, Social media, etc

Prof. Anand Kumar Jaiswal had shown one graph which indicates several published BOP
articles.

It was from 2002 to 2009. The graph indicates that increase in the published BOP articles.

Publication types-

Most research paper publishes in practitioner-oriented journals, Harvard Business Review,


California Management, etc.

Articles published in academic journals are more limited and represent about a fifth of BOP
articles published.

Articles published on conceptual bases. Suppose Factors affecting the choice of investment in the
mutual fund.

Articles publish in case study development. Quantitative analysis and Qualitative analysis.

Quantitative analysis is used in secondary data and primary data.

There is the difficulty associated with collecting a large number of sample data

Research paper- Attitudinal, Awareness and Perceptional differences in Virtual and
Offline learning during COVID-19 Pandemic.

Summary- Here most people are aware of online education but a handful of people are not
aware of online education.

Most people think that online education is not effective as offline education.

Only a few people think that online education is an effective way of learning but people still want
to learn in an offline mode system.

We can attend the session in online mode anywhere anytime.

Research paper- A study on the impact of covid-19 to initiate digitalization of court


proceedings and challenges at Hon’ble high court of Punjab and Haryana

Presented by Dr. Sheetalba Rana

Summary- The high court cases were speedily trial cases.

There is less access to justice for an indigent person.

Judicial time is not efficiently managed.

Virtual court hearings are the ahead towards Digital India.

One major issue is the internet connectivity problem. Virtual hearings are playing a major role in
maintaining social distance.

Research paper- A study on problems and challenges of handicraft industry in Gujarat

Summary- Gujarat has a diverse variety of art and craft, embroidery work wooden craft, printed
clothes and tribal art are the reflection of the traditions, culture, and festivals.

The handicraft industry is having a subdivision of handloom which is having a wide range of
products.

Effect of handicraft industry on the economy-

It is one of the largest employment generators after agriculture.

Raw material at a fair price and disinterest of generation to container their family business.

Some people believe in buying handicraft products from offline sources as they do not trust the
authenticity of the originality of online sellers.

Research paper- Robinhood Investors: A Flinker or Flame-

Summary- A financial literacy contributes to the investment of investors. Financial literacy


contributes towards financial inclusion, development, and stability. All this contributes towards
economic growth country it is addressed to the issues.

Day to day digital literacy is increasing in the modern era. so automatically increases the usage of
plastic money it is like a digital payment system.

Earlier it was found that technology has developed at a slower rate and awareness of
digitalization.

We witness the covid-19 pandemic which has forced the global economy to go from cash to
cashless as one of the primary safety measures during the covid-19.

Thus, the Global covid-19 pandemic becomes a key driving factor to boost digital financial
literacy. we have adopted technology quickly and now become an important part of our life.

Research paper- Impact of Covid-19 on Non Performing Assets and Performance of Indian

Public and Private Sector Banks Presented by Nilesh P Movalia.

Summary- When the covid-19 came into the picture there was a huge impact on Non-
Performing Assets. The profitability of the banks is found to be good as the average return on the
assets went up compared to pre covid quarters. Overall average efficiency ratios have fallen after
the spread of covid-19.

There was decreased in the average Gross and Net Non-Performing Asset ratios

Here I noticed that the researcher has found negative points but there are not any positive points
are added so we can not conclude on the above-given points.

Research paper- Adoption of the digital payment system, a way towards a cashless society

Presented by Shital Vyas

Summary- The Covid-19 has accelerated the adoption of digital technology. Digital
infrastructure has been characterized by collaboration between government regulators, banks,
and fin-tech. After the pandemic, people are adopting digital payments, and significant uplift by
merchants. Adoption across the different users and volume growth is driven by the mass
adoption of recurring payments, transit payments as well as cross-border transactions.

Younger consumers have shown great interest and trust in using digital mode compare to the old
generation. In other professions, salaried professionals have more preference for digital payment
mode because of their fast lifestyle and need for speedy transactions
