CONTRACT AGREEMENT

KNOW THESE BY ALL MEN;

I Mr. Faustino Licaros lawfully owner and claimant of the land for tower ST-15 is demanding

and charging Miescor an amount of Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 35,000.00) for the

damages of my land, vegetations, trees and safe passage through my land for its access road for

the construction of the said structure.
