Problem 1 : the function / information is not transparent enough

In foodpanda, if the user wants to look at the reviews of the particular restaurant they will
need to click inside the restaurant information, then the user can only see the reviews. This
will let the user who is not familiar with foodpanda website cannot find the reviews
information easily

Solution: can add one review button on the main page of the restaurant for the user to just
click on it to see the reviews (the buttons and function should be more direct and transparent)
Problem 2: not enough feedback for the user

When the mouse hover on the “restaurant information” , it does not show any feedback or
action to the user that this is a button where the user can click it. Although the text is in red
colour, but it does not give any changes when the user hover over the button. Therefore, the
user will just ignore the “restaurant information” button where they might not know that it is
a button.

Solution: can design the restaurant information button to a design where it directly tells the
user that this is a button or the restaurant information button can have changes such as it
changes the colour or size of the button to keep the user informed.

Problem 1: the menu / navigation bar is not in the logically screen layout

In this lazada website, the navigation bar is not in the middle (shown in image 2) where the
navigation bar is small and is aligned to the right. This design is hard for the user to see the
navigation bar clearly at first sight. Moreover, the other buttons such as category button, hot
sale button etc are located in the down left corner of the website. These buttons are counted
as important buttons but all of the buttons are not allocated on the top middle with the
navigation bar. This causes the user to find the function buttons on this website.

Solution: all the functions and buttons that are important such as the category, hot sales etc
should be allocated to the navigation bar where the navigation bar should be on the top
middle of the website for the user to use. The size of the navigation bar should also be a
suitable size where the user does not need to find and look everywhere in this website.
Problem 2: the grouping for each object is very confusing

In the category function, the objects are not grouped clearly with their own specific item such
as there is no mask category to gather all the types of mask product for the user to browse
through all the mask products. There is also a problem where the categories will change to
other types of categories when the user refreshes the lazada page. This will cause the user to
lost the categories that they are looking for in this website.

Solution: In the classification function, the dimensions of the product classification should be
clarified, so that users can understand the classification, and it is convenient for users to filter
the product categories and find the desired products more quickly.
