Dear Sir,

Good day!

Arts and Design is one of the tracks offered in Himamaylan National High School – Senior High School which
started in year 2016. The track prepares the learners for a tertiary education geared towards the performing
arts, media and visual arts and industrial arts. It seeks to provide the learners the needed competencies in
music, theater and creative arts.

In connection with this, I would like to ask permission from your good office to allow the Grade 12 Arts &
Design Class to conduct LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASS this Second Semester, from February 21 to June
2022 for their major subjects only. The following are reasons for this request:

1. Grade 12 Arts & Design class consists of 1 section only with 24 students
 22 Females
 2 Males
2. The students are 100% fully vaccinated.
3. Teachers who will handle the major subjects are 100% fully vaccinated with booster shots,
namely:
 GINA D. GERONGA
 MERCY N. MIGUEL
 ALBERTO ROY F. DAVID
 GIDEON T. BAN
3. The Arts & Design Track in Himamaylan National High School has PERFORMING ARTS Strand
which requires actual creative outputs and actual performances as applications of the specialized
subjects.
4. The curriculum includes Work Immersion through a PERFORMING ARTS PRODUCTION, wherein
the physical presence of a teacher is necessary for clear and accurate instructions, and physical
demonstrations.
5. Face-to-face learning provide the students the assurance of competence and ample opportunity for
cultivation and growth specially that they are graduating this school year 2021-2022.

Rest assured that as facilitators of learning, we will observe minimum health protocols consistent to the AITF
rules; to specify:
1. The class is divided into 2 groups, Group A & B. Each group consists of 12 students only.
2. Students will only report in school 2 days per week.
3. Arts & Design students & teachers will wear face masks during face-to-face sessions.
4. One-meter distance will be observed in the tasks.
5. Alcohol-sanitizer will be provided prior to one’s entry to the class.
