I consider this first experience in the field of work an important period in my


life, because, here I learned how to relate to people and what steps must be
followed in order to satisfy their needs and requirements regarding tourist
offers and packages.

During this internship I learned how to make a tourist offer and I also had the
opportunity to work in the agency's software program, Travel Manager.

I had the opportunity to work with qualified staff in a beautiful and welcoming
atmosphere and I am very grateful for this experience.
