    No. 410 s. 2009 or the Guidelines on the Establishment of a W.A.T.C.H.
    School (We Advocate for Time Conscious and Honesty), this office
    announces the appointment of MS, Edzel Leopango as School W.A.T.C.H.
    Coordinator.

    2. She is expected to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a W.A.T.C.H.


    coordinator outlined in DepEd Memorandum No. 410 s. 2009:
