A forty-five years old sheep farmer had a long history of increasing dragging right
abdominal pain for the last six months. He presented now with non-tender palpable
right upper abdominal mass, which looks cystic in consistency. He had a normal
appetite and bowel habits with no weight loss.
His vital signs are:
▪ Temperature: 37.10C
▪ Pulse rate: 76 beat/minute
▪ Blood pressure: 125/75mmHg
▪ Respiratory rate: 15 cycles/minute.

1. Define the possible Diagnosis for the patient condition.

hosts vector and rout of transmission.
