Terms and Conditions :

1 FW SCOPE Delivery: immediate after confirmation received from us

2) Please sign and return one copy of this order to us a token of acceptance

2 Party TDS 2.00 % of Bill value

3 Payment Terms WO TDS shall be deducted as per the rules in force.

2) Any break down more than 4 hours in a day shall be treated as half day and payment shall not be paid.
3) You need to submit the bills first week of every month along with supporting documents such as log sheet
approved by URC Site In-charge, EPF challan etc.
4) In case of major repair of Machineries, it should be replaced immediately.

4 SCOPE OF URC We shall provide the available free accommodation to your Operators / Drivers and Helpers at the site.
2) URC Group of companies / Site Engineers / Machinery Department have the right to terminate undisciplined
Operators / Drivers and Helpers without any prior notice.
3) URC shall provide required diesel for operation of Plant & Machineries. In case excess usage of diesel more
than the manufacture’s norms, the same shall be recovered from your bills.

5 SCOPE OF MACHINERY SUPPLIER The period of requirement may be extended for three months upon requirements with amendment order but
the rate, term and conditions shall remain same.
2) The Drivers/ Operators and Helpers have to be adhered all the safety norms for the Plant & Machineries and
themselves as well.
3) Mobilization of Plant & Machineries should be your scope including necessary loading and unloading.
4) Log sheet in the prescribed format of URC shall be maintained by your Drivers/ Operators and obtain the
approval from the URC Site In-charge without fail.
5) The operators / Drivers for your Plant & Machineries need to strictly adhere and follow the instructions of
URC Employees and make a smooth progress of work.
6) All the Plant & Machineries should have the RC Book, Permits, and necessary taxes if any required, Insuranc
es, etc and keep ready with the Operator and the copy of the same need to be submitted to the URC Site-
In-Charge.
7) In case any damages with supporting / other vehicles because of your Operators/ Drives, it shall be borne by
you and URC shall not be responsible for any respective claims.
8) The operators / Drivers for your Plant & Machineries should have the proper Driving License, sufficient exp
erience and self discipline. In case of any damages caused because of their negligence shall be borne by you a
nd URC shall not be responsible for any respective claims. If URC Employees found any undisciplined activities
of your Driver/ Operator, you need to replace such person immediately.
9) The Machinery should be in good working condition and the year of its purchase need to be within 5 years
from the date of this Hire Order.
10) The cost of all service & maintenance including consumables, spares, service charges etc are under your sc
ope and need to be carried out as per maintenance schedule and whenever required during the course of
execution.
