Hydraulic System Feature Introduction
 Vibration system equipped with double pump/double motor use closed type
hydraulic system, front and rear vibration drum can separate working not
interfere each other.
 Vibration motor equipped with bent axis piston motor, more stronger torque at
low speed.
 Traveling system use closed type hydraulic system, electronic proportion
control pump displacement, equipped with controller system, simple operation.
 Configuration with double drive motor, max./min. displacement adjustable, work
speed with great gradeability, high speed with quickly move.
 Electronic control cooling system, hydraulic motor drive fan dissipation heat,
according system temperature adjusting motor inlet oil flow to adjusting fan
speed, reduce fuel consumption and noise.
 Multiple function valve control steering, cooling, crabbing, charge oil.
 Closed hydraulic system charge oil by steering/cooling return oil, it’s more
compact.
 ALL HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS PARAMETER SETTING BY FACTORY
AFTER PRODUCED, DO NOT ADJUSTING ANY PARAMETER WITHOUT
LIUGONG’S INSTRUCTION.

1.1--Relief valve: Setting steering and crabbing system pressure, 190Bar.


1.2/1.3--Overload valve: Protect Crabbing cylinder, avoid over pressure on A1, B1 port(big/small chamber of
cylinder), 210Bar.
2--Priority valve: control oil follow direction, ensure steering first than crab function.
3--LS relief valve: setting LS line pressure of steering, 160Bar.
4--Solenoid direction valve: control Crabbing cylinder movement
5.1/5.2--Hydraulic lock valve: ensure lock up Crabbing cylinder, if “4” at neutral position.
6--Brake valve: Control BR port open/closed.
7--Flow priority valve: provide 7L/min oil flow from “T2” port to “PP” port for charge oil to piston bump, other oil
flow return to tank.

1. Crabbing: Oil flow from “P”→Priority valve “EF”→ Solenoid direction valve“A1 or B1”
→Crabbing cylinder →Solenoid direction valve“B1 or A1” → “PP”
2. Not Crabbing: Oil flow from “P”→ “PP”
Multiple Function Valve
 Charge oil to closed system function:
1. Fan pump oil flow from “T2” through flow priority valve providing 7L/min flow with steering
pump oil flow together charge oil to triple piston pump(traveling & vibration), overflow from
“T” return.

Brake function:
1. Release brake: “PP” port charge oil to triple piston pump, therefore exist charge back
pressure. Brake valve’s solenoid power ON, oil flow through to “BR” port to brake cylinder to
release brake.

Working Principle:
1. Steering wheel not turning, metering pump at neutral position, “LS” port connect with “T “ port,
L/R port closed.
2. When turn steering wheel to right( left ) side , “P” port connect with R( L ) port, pressure oil
enter to steering cylinder.
3. At meanwhile LS signal oil through “LS” port to multiple function valve.
