solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. I/We are developing a scheme of ownership flats on the land bearing

2. We have not mortgaged /secured the above property in any manner with any Bank/Financial
Institution for any loan that is availed by me/us or any of our firms/business concerns.

3. In an event of us securing the above property to any Banks/Financial Institution for any loan that
we may avail we shall forthwith inform HDFC Ltd of the same and we further assure HDFC Ltd that
we shall not jeopardise the interest of any customer who has booked a flat in the above scheme. We
shall obtain release of these flats and ensure that the security in favour of HDFC Ltd is not affected in
any way.

4. The Project Land is not subject to any legal dispute/pending suits, associated with it currently or in
the past, in a Court of Law or otherwise. The land owners or the Developers have not received any
legal notice from any persons or authority claiming interest in the Project Land. The Project Land is
not subject to any injunction/ stay order from any Court of Law or other authority. Neither of the
building/s on the property of the Project Land have been evacuated for safety reasons or nor has there
been any violation of local authority rules.

5. The Project land is not subject to an Environmental Clearance from the concerned Authority.

6. We have obtained all necessary permissions, clearances, approvals and sanctions from required
regulatory and/or statutory bodies and competent authorities. We shall not make any deviation,
changes and all the construction will be carried out as per permissions, approvals and sanctions
received from the competent authorities. We assure you that there will be no violation of any nature.

7. The above property is absolutely free from all encumbrances.

8. That I /We shall adhere to the Real Estate (Regulation & Development Act), 2016 and rules &
regulations made thereunder.

The contents of my above Affidavit are true and correct and nothing material has been concealed by
me therefrom. We understand that HDFC Ltd will approve our project based on the information
/declaration made by us.
