(What struck or attracted you?)
 I was struck by the following
three methods: (1) interview, (2)
questionnaire, and (3)
observation. It made me think
about how people also go
through this phase when looking
for work in a specific field. It also
made me think about how much
effort and time goes into
planning out a specific project. I
never understood how well-
organized each job or
description is by qualified
employees. It may only apply to
larger firms with a more complex
hierarchy, but it is also great for
new businesses to follow their
procedures.

(What did you learn?)
 I learned a more detailed
definition of what a job title,
description, specification,
rotation, enrichment, and
enlargement is. A job title refers
to the role that an individual
hold. A job description is a
narrative that includes basic
information about the
employee's job. A job
specification is just a list of
requirements and criteria for a
specific profession. Job rotation
is a tactic for allowing employees
to obtain fresh ideas or learn
how to adapt and grow in a new
environment. The addition of
tasks to a job is known as job
enrichment. Finally, job
expansion refers to increasing
the number of people who
perform the same task.

(What was explained in the past that
you did not understand?)
 I sometimes use the terms "job
description" and "specification"
interchangeably. Now I
completely comprehend the
distinction between the two
words. That is, a job description
tends to focus on the broad
scope of a job's basic narrative,
while job specifications are
precise statements about the
type of employee they're looking
for. I was also aware of the
distinction between work
enrichment and enlargement.
Work enrichment refers to
increasing the number of tasks
assigned to an employee,
whereas job enlargement refers
to adding a specific work.
Foresight
(What will you do moving forward?)
 When it's time for me to apply
for a position, I'll be able to use
this knowledge in the near
future. Both of these concepts
will assist me in being more
prepared and mindful of my
objectives. When I'm seeking a
job, knowing the basics of a job
title, description, specification,
rotation, enrichment, and
enlargement can make me
appear more informed and
aware. It's quick to interchange
them out because they all have
similar descriptions. I appreciate
how the topic was presented to
us in such a straightforward and
exact manner. I had no trouble
understanding the distinctions.
