Manufacturing Procedure: Formula Specifications:

1. Heat A and C up to 75°C. Aspect: White gel-cream
2. When the temperature reaches 65°C, add premix B into A and Viscosity (Rheo ELV 8, spindle 4, 6 rpm, 1 min): 30 000 - 40 000 mPa.s
maintain medium slow stirring during 30 minutes to hydrate pH: 5.3 - 6.0
phospholipids. Preservative efficacy test: Done
3. Add C into AB and apply a maximum stirring during 3 minutes to Pilot batches: 41 kg
emulsify the product.
4. Cool down under medium stirring. Stability Tests: On lab batches up to 3 kg
5. Add D (ingredient one by one) and E below 40°C. Up to 1 month at 50°C
6. Sprinkle F in the formula under sufficient stirring to deploy the gel Up to 3 months at: Room Temperature, 4-8°C and 45°C
(around 600-800 rpm) during 10 to 15 minutes without incorporating Freeze thaw cycles (24h at -18°C and 24h at RT - 2 weeks)
air bubbles. Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable
7. Adjust the pH if necessary. Vibrating table (400 rpm, 4h): Stable
