Differentiate impetigo from scabies

Scabies is a skin disease caused by infestation with a microscopic mite (Sarcoptes scabiei var hominis),
which causes severe itchiness, sleep disturbance, and social stigmatization. Untreated, these microscopic
mites can live on your skin for months. They reproduce on the surface of your skin and then burrow into
it and lay eggs. It was diagnosed in the presence of pruritic papules in a typical distribution; classically in
the web spaces, hands, feet and other moist areas.

Impetigo, a common bacterial infection of the skin, often arises in people with scabies due to scratching
of the lesions, and can in turn lead to complications associated with group A streptococcal infection such
as septicemia, glomerulonephritis, and rheumatic heart disease, particularly in tropical settings.
