Plaster-Fix Fin

Cement Based
Rendering Plaster Primer
Faster, More Efficient, More Durable

DESCRIPTION
MIXING
Plaster-fix fin is a polymer modified, thin bed, cement based masonry
rendering plaster, specifically formulated to offer a single application • Add Plaster-fix fin to a bucket of clean water mixing constantly until

• The mixing ratio is 20 kg of Primer filler to approximately 4 lt. of

thin bed render for walls, ceilings or surface improvement works for
direct application onto both interior and exterior insitu concrete, precast
concrete, brickwork, blockwork and dry wall surfaces. It can be applied
by hand trowel or spray machine. In addition, due to its high water
retentivity, Primer Filler will create a seamless bond between the
substrate and the overlying render.
APPLICATION
USES
• Spread the adhesive onto the substrate using a standard plaster trowel

exterior applications. The speed and evenness of spreading is determined
by the workability of the adhesive or grout. • When the mixed mortar is left aside for more than 30 minutes, remix
the mortar before use.

• All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from

applicators wear PVC or similar gloves and safety goggles.
• Painted surfaces do not need scabbling/abrading to expose the original
substrate. • For a full MSDS on this product, contact Cemcrete.

• Bolt holes or fixing pockets must be blown clean to get rid of any dirt
or debris
• For best results, a power-driven grout mixer should be used for mixing
until the required consistency is achieved homogeneously. For
grouting purpose, mix the material with 80% of the recommended
quantity of water for at least 3 - 4 minutes and then add the rest 20%
water and mix for another 1 - 2 minutes to achieve the best effect of COVERAGE
flowability. further details and suitability.
A 25 kg bag of plaster-fix fin will cover between 10² and 30m²
depending on the thickness of application.

CLEAN UP
• Remove any excess Stucco Plaster from surfaces with a damp cloth,
while the adhesive is still wet.

• Clean tools and equipment with water before the adhesive dries.
PACKAGING
Plaster fix fin is available in 20 kg bags.

SHELF LIFE
Up to 12 months in unopened bags, stored in an elevated, cool dry
position.

HEALTH & SAFETY
