• Plaster-fix fin is specifically formulated to display excellent water
retention characteristics. The water content of an adhesive affects open

water retained by the adhesive, minimizing the amount absorbed by the
substrate. This prolonged open time brings gains in productivity because
adhesive can be applied to a wider area.

• For wall applications a minimum final bed thickness of 2 mm to 10mm
is recommended.
PRECAUTIONS
o
• Avoid the application of Plaster-fix fin in temperatures below 5 C.
• Do not allow the adhesive to skin prior to application. If the adhesive
skins, rework the surface with a trowel prior to applying the render.

SURFACE PREPARATION
• All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from
movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and any other loose or
contaminating materials.
• Painted surfaces do not need scabbling/abrading to expose the original
substrate.
• For other uses or the use of Primer Filler over substrates / situations not
mentioned in these instructions, contact your Cemcrete Technical
Specialist for advice.
• Being cement based, plaster fix fin is alkali in nature, which can cause
dermatitis. Thus, when using Primer Filler, it is recommended that
applicators wear PVC or similar gloves and safety goggles.

• Bolt holes or fixing pockets must be blown clean to get rid of any dirt
or debris
• For best results, a power-driven grout mixer should be used for mixing
until the required consistency is achieved homogeneously. For
grouting purpose, mix the material with 80% of the recommended
quantity of water for at least 3 - 4 minutes and then add the rest 20%
water and mix for another 1 - 2 minutes to achieve the best effect of COVERAGE
flowability. further details and suitability.
A 25 kg bag of plaster-fix fin will cover between 10² and 30m²
depending on the thickness of application.

CLEAN UP
• Remove any excess Stucco Plaster from surfaces with a damp cloth,
while the adhesive is still wet.

• Clean tools and equipment with water before the adhesive dries.
PACKAGING
Plaster fix fin is available in 20 kg bags.

SHELF LIFE
Up to 12 months in unopened bags, stored in an elevated, cool dry
position.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Irritating to eyes or skin.

• In case of eye or skin contact, rinse immediately with plenty of

water and seek medical advice.

• Wear suitable gloves and eye protection. Keep out of reach of

children.
