Job Description  Processes agency/broker data for sample and final
deliveries
 Reviews completed
conversion/merge/extraction/reconfiguration,
analyzes data and runs integrity checks prior to
delivery
 Reviews agency/broker data migration results and
reports to validate migrated data, recommends
 action when applicable
 Assists the project team with reviewing the
agency/broker data and provides explanations or
offers solutions when applicable
 Consistently monitors and updates project
collaboration site (SharePoint) by documenting all
correspondence and providing timely status
updates
 Maintains open communication with all project
stakeholders on the status of active data projects
 Develops contingency project plans when project
needs rescheduling
 Assists with rectifying any issues that arise after a
data project is delivered
 Insures and maintains integrity of data on
network. Complies with Applied Systems, Inc. data
security procedures, including structure format of
data on the network
 Ongoing researches and analysis of customer data
and the structure of competitor systems, with an
emphasis on moving that data into Applied
Systems’ products
 Works closely with Development for testing,
follow up, and implementation of defects,
enhancements, and new solutions
 Identifies and documents any possible process
improvements
 Follows and maintains Data Services
documentation
 Participates in special projects or aids in the
implementation of future technology as required
by the Data Services’ Management
 Pursues continuous self-development through
selected reading, seminars, ongoing
education/training, etc.
 Assists in the mentorship of new Data Analysts
 Performs other duties as assigned by immediate
supervisor or upper management
