unassuming figure to deflect any suspicion.
In actuality this resident of the street leads
an organization with tendrils throughout the
city. Information is the most lucrative treasure
and this blind master holds all the secrets and
controls who knows what. Despite a career built
on misdirection, betrayals and dangerous dealings
the blind master cares deeply for their home. This
can make them an unusual ally for adventurers
who might find themselves making compromises to
gain the good graces of this powerful individual.
