Subject: Infrequent Sanitation Services in Beetham, Port of Spain.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing on the behalf of the Beetham community of Port-of-Spain to bring your attention
to the infrequent garbage collection happening in our community. We will like the assistance
from the Sanitation and Garbage Disposal Service on proving a solution on the accumulating
rubbish.

I would like to address the poor sanitation and garbage disposal services in the Beetham.
This is a health hazard to the citizens as the garbage emits a foul smell containing pathogens
where bacteria enter the respiratory system, infecting them. Additionally, there have been
reports of garbage strewn about in the streets. It is a sore sight where the stray dogs tear up
the garbage which resulted in the spreading of rubbish, causing that unpleasant odour that
harasses passers-by in and around the community.

It is also becoming a severe problem for the people in that area which results in the
delinquent community members to throw the excess debris onto to citizens’ cars. This causes
drivers to stop which gives the culprit a chance to preform criminal activity such as robbing
said citizens.

With that being said, it is imperative for your company to rectify this situation as soon as
possible.
