students and other stakeholders in Antique and the larger Community.

- The Engineering and Technology Department is a recognized center of quality learning
committed to the formation of competent, productive and responsible engineers and
technologists through spirituality, academic excellence and community service.

3. What are the BSCE program educational objectives?

The graduates of BSCE program must be:
1. competent and skillful in planning, design, construction management and maintenance of civil
engineering works; and able to provide appropriate analysis and technical solutions to
complex engineering problems.
2. effective in managing project and people in multidisciplinary environment; and recognized in
social, business and engineering environment as successful, responsible and ethical
professionals in the practice of civil engineering profession
3. engaged in state-of-the-art design, research and life-long learning
effective leader or member of the community capable of effecting change whenever and
wherever change is necessary in the pursuit of peace, justice and sustainable
development.

- Communicate effectively civil engineering activities with the engineering community and
with society at large
