DESCRIPTION CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES

Antisol®-WB is a liquid curing compound for reducing the  Reduces incidence of plastic cracking

Antisol®-WB is suitable for all concrete surfaces when
composition
sprayed onto newly laid concrete surfaces forms a thin
barrier against premature water loss without disturbance
to the normal setting action. The concrete is then allowed APPROVALS / STANDARDS
to cure and achieve its maximum properties. Antisol®-WB complies with ASTM C 309 : Type 1 : Class A
Antisol®-WB is particularly useful in large areas of exposed
concrete, such as:
 Highways
 Runways and taxiways
 Aprons and hard standings
 Roof decks
 Pre-stressed beams and piers
 Irrigation canals/channels
Antisol®-WB can be used on trafficked surfaces.

Storage Conditions Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions
at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from direct sunlight
Density ~1.02 kg/l at +25°C

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Consumption 0.2 - 0.5 kg/m²
The actual rate of coverage depends on wind, humidity and temperature.
Surface Condition The surface water of the newly laid concrete must have evaporated
(between ½ to 2 hours depending on temperature, humidity etc.).
Application Method / Tools Stir the Antisol®-WB well before use.
Antisol®-WB has been designed for spray application to the newly laid
concrete.
A thin film of Antisol®-WB is applied to the whole surface using hand or
motor operated spray gun.
For large areas and concrete “trains”, application can be carried out by
power driven automatic equipment.
Cleaning Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

LIMITATIONS LEGAL NOTES

Antisol®-WB does not need to be removed i.e. it can be
considered as a primer for following trades but compatibility
should always be checked by test area first.
