User creation

Login to Informatica administrator homepage as shown below.

http://hostname:6008 eg: http://dell-PC:6008

Administrator/admin

Click on Security tab you can see below screen


To create user click on here
Provide login information
Click OK

User created
We have to assign privileges as shown below.

Go to Privileges tab

Click on Edit
Roles tab
Privileges tab choose only repository service. If we give Domain privileges user can access Domain
information.
Once you done above things login to Repository manager

Right click and Connect

Provide credential information


To create/edit/delete
folder

Click on Folder tab  Create


To provide privileges to
users on this folder

Permissions tab  Click on Add


We can choose groups or users which were created in Administrator page.

Click Add
Choose respective permissions then click OK
