1.) How do you feel while you were doing the checklist?
 While doing the checklist, I am assessing my feelings whether those
things greatly affect my emotional health. I feel connected with some
situations provided in the stress test.

2.) Is the result near to your present perceived stress level? How do you feel with
the result?
 Yes, the result show that i am moderately stressed. I think the result
shows really what I feel right now due to many events that is taking
place. I feel fine to the result due to the fact that i already expected that
my result will either be moderate or high in the perceived stress scale.

3.) How do these identified life events affect your life now?
 These life events is the things that completely happen to me these past
few days. It affects my emotional health because I feel stressed just
thinking of these things that need to be done or already done.

4.) What is your reflection after sharing your answers with a classmate?
 After sharing my answers with a classmate I feel relieved because I
have someone to express my worries and problems in life that makes
me stressed.

5.) What is your perception about stress and self-care?


 Stress are perceived from life events that occur in our life, but it can be
reduced by self-care. Self-care is doing anything to take care of
yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually well. If we
take care of ourselves, we can prevent and manage stress. By doing
self care activities we can also reduce our stress from time to time.
